Welcome to AnyPic (“we”, “our”, or “the Service”), operated by Arthur's toolbox (an individual developer). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account info: phone number used for registration and login; SMS verification codes (discarded after verification).
• Uploaded content: the selfie images you upload for AI generation.
• Generated results: images and videos produced for you by the AI.
• Payment info: order records processed by Stripe (amount, time, order ID). We do not store your card number or payment passwords.
• Usage data: logs, device type, browser info — used for debugging and improving the service.

2. How We Use This Information

• To provide AI image/video generation.
• To process payments and maintain your credit balance.
• To send service-related notifications (generation complete, order status, etc.).
• To analyze usage, improve the product, and prevent abuse.
• To comply with applicable laws.

3. Third Parties

To provide the service, we transmit necessary data to the following third parties:

• OpenAI (image generation): your selfie and scene prompt are sent to the OpenAI API.
• Replicate / InstantID (fallback image generation): used when OpenAI rejects a request.
• Kling AI (video generation): powers the image-to-video feature.
• Stripe (payments): all payments are processed by Stripe under their Privacy Policy.
• Supabase (database + auth), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Vercel (hosting) — infrastructure for data storage and delivery.
• Alibaba Cloud International (SMS delivery).

4. Data Storage and Retention

• Servers are located in Singapore.
• Uploaded selfies: retained for 30 days after generation for re-download, then auto-deleted.
• Generated results: kept in your account until you delete them or close your account.
• Order and payment records: retained for at least 5 years per tax and regulatory requirements.

5. Your Rights

• View, download, or delete your generated results at any time.
• Contact us by email to close your account and delete all associated data.
• Opt out of certain data collection (note: may affect functionality).

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 14. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 14. If you believe a minor has used the Service, please contact us to delete it immediately.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or email in advance.
