We do our best to provide stable AI generation. Because AI outputs are inherently variable, this policy explains when you can request a refund or compensation.

1. Nature of Digital Goods

AnyPic provides an instant digital service (AI-generated images and videos). Once AI has successfully produced and delivered a result, refunds are generally not available. We encourage you to use the free first image to evaluate quality before paying.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@anypic.appwith the subject “Refund Request”.
  2. Include: registered phone number, order ID, payment time, amount, and reason.
  3. We will respond and process within 3 business days.
  4. Once approved, the refund is issued back to your original payment method (Alipay / WeChat Pay / card). Typical arrival time is 3-10 business days.
