Refund Policy

We do our best to provide stable AI generation. Because AI outputs are inherently variable, this policy explains when you can request a refund or compensation.
1. Nature of Digital Goods
AnyPic provides an instant digital service (AI-generated images and videos). Once AI has successfully produced and delivered a result, refunds are generally not available. We encourage you to use the free first image to evaluate quality before paying.
2. Cases Eligible for Full Refund
- Paid but unused: if you have not consumed any credits from a purchased pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days.
- Duplicate charges from system error: duplicate orders due to technical issues will be fully refunded.
- Unfixable inability to generate: if our service is unavailable for an extended time (over 48 hours) with no remedy, you may request a refund.
3. Automatic Compensation (No Application Needed)
- AI generation failure: if a request fails because OpenAI/Kling rejects it or due to a system error, the consumed credits are automatically returned.
- Content moderation rejection: if your request violates a third-party AI content policy, credits are automatically returned.
4. Cases Not Eligible for Refund
- Unsatisfied with quality: AI results are probabilistic. If you don't like one, please regenerate using your credits; successfully delivered results are non-refundable.
- Already-consumed credits: once used for a successful generation, credits are considered delivered.
- Terms violation: accounts banned for violations forfeit remaining credits.
- Purchased over 7 days ago: unused credit packs older than 7 days are not eligible for refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@anypic.appwith the subject “Refund Request”.
- Include: registered phone number, order ID, payment time, amount, and reason.
- We will respond and process within 3 business days.
- Once approved, the refund is issued back to your original payment method (Alipay / WeChat Pay / card). Typical arrival time is 3-10 business days.
