Terms of Service

Welcome to AnyPic (“the Service”), operated by Arthur's toolbox (an individual developer). Please read these terms carefully before using the Service. By registering or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. The Service

AnyPic is an AI-powered image and video generation service. Users upload a selfie and select a preset scene or write a custom prompt, and the AI generates a composite image or video. The underlying models are provided by third parties including OpenAI, Replicate, and Kling AI.

2. Account Registration

• Registration requires a valid phone number verified by SMS.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including credit balance usage.

3. User Content and License

• You warrant that uploaded images are of yourself or you have obtained authorization and do not infringe any third party's portrait rights, copyright, or other legal interests.
• You grant the Service the right to temporarily use, transmit, and process your uploaded images solely to perform AI generation within the Service.
• AI-generated results belong to you and may be used for any lawful personal purpose.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

• Upload another person's photo for forgery, fraud, harassment, or defamation;
• Generate content that is pornographic, violent, gory, politically sensitive, or otherwise illegal/non-compliant;
• Upload images of minors for inappropriate use;
• Generate fabricated scenes of celebrities or public figures (without their authorization);
• Further forge generated results to deceive others;
• Abuse the API, circumvent paywalls, or exploit free quotas.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture without refund, and possible legal action.

5. AI Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, distortions, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee complete accuracy or that results match user expectations.
• Some requests may be auto-rejected due to third-party model content policies (OpenAI, etc.); in such cases, consumed credits will be refunded.
• You are responsible for judging the legality and ethics of how you use generated content. Any consequences arising from your use of generated content are your sole responsibility.

6. Payment and Credits

• Purchased “image credits” and “video credits” are virtual benefits within the Service.
• Once purchased, credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
• Unused credits remain valid while your account is active; they are forfeited if you close the account.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide stable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by third-party API outages (OpenAI/Kling, etc.), network issues, or force majeure.

8. Intellectual Property

The design, copy, code, and trademarks (“AnyPic” and “Arthur's toolbox”) of this site are owned by the operator. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Termination

We may unilaterally terminate your account for violations of these terms without refund. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any dispute should first be resolved by good-faith negotiation; failing that, it shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction at the operator's location.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
